>Could somebody please tell me how Ghanaians can be the friendliest, most hospitable people you will ever meet (no lie…) and yet have to be taught customer service skills at gunpoint?

Very strange.

It’s good not to “take no mess” from anyone but more often than not our bad attitudes are directed not at people giving us “mess” but rather at people trying to give us money. I don’t understand how we balance the two so seamlessly.

Insights anybody?
